Rebecca Bradley has been appointed an unprecedented three times to three different judicial slots by Gov. Scott Walker. Now she sits on our state’s highest court. And she shouldn’t.

The vile, homophobic writings of Rebecca Bradley that we’ve uncovered reveal such hatred and contempt for people that she cannot be trusted to uphold the most basic tenet of our judicial system, that all are equal before the law.
She derisively referred to members of the LGBTQ community as “queers” and “degenerates”, claimed “homosexual sex kills,” mocked the AIDS epidemic and declared the nearly 45 million voters who supported President Clinton were, “either totally stupid or entirely evil.”
Tell Rebecca Bradley there’s no place for her hate on the court. She must resign.

Your vile, homophobic writings reveal such hatred and contempt for people that you simply cannot be trusted to uphold the most basic tenet of our judicial system, that all are equal before the law.
You've denied people their dignity because they are different than you and you've condemned people that hold political beliefs other than your own.
What you wrote was repugnant and unbecoming for a university student then and it absolutely makes you unfit to serve as a justice on our state high court now.
I am demanding your resignation today because this type of hatred simply has no place on our Wisconsin Supreme Court.
